There’s something exhilarating and empowering about being upside down in Downward Facing Dog Pose then flowing it into the Pigeon Pose.

This sixteen minute sequence is one of my all-time favorites! It starts by warming up and opening the hip area in preparation for Downward Facing Dog to Three-Legged Dog to Pigeon Pose. Not only is it a great whole body stretcher and toner, but it’s exhilarating and fun too!
