Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received in writing after October 1, 2024 will result in a loss of the $500 USD deposit. Any cancellation received in writing after October 15, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made after October 31, 2024 will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the trip minimum has not been met. (if we cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans. We recommend Travel Guard.
